Relevant literature

StakeholderWatch draws on several literatures, and clients who work with the dashboards find the same literatures useful when they read a coefficient, form a hypothesis about what is moving it, or plan an action. The list below is the one we use ourselves: the works behind the behavioural model, the reputation and crisis research that shapes how the dashboard reads a signal, and the methods references for the estimation. It is kept current as the research programme develops.
