StakeholderWatch B.V. is a company established and operated in The Netherlands and is regulated by the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. This privacy policy will explain how StakeholderWatch B.V. uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our websites.

What data do we collect?

We collect and process the following data on our sites:

  • Information you provide by filling in forms on our websites while participating in a panel, including:
    • Gender

  • Information you provide to report a problem to our site
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of our correspondence.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access as described in this policy.

How do we collect your data?

You provide StakeholderWatch B.V. with the data we collect, directly or indirectly. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register an account with us as a user of any of our dashboards.
  • Submit data to us or one of our partners as part of one of our surveys.
  • Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.
  • Correspond with us via email or other means.
  • Request access through the form on our website.

Spam protection

To protect the request-access form on our website against spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the page with the form, Turnstile checks in the background that you are a person and not an automated program. To do so it processes technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your use of Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Consent

We only collect and process "special" data categories (as defined by GDPR) after explicit consent has been given.

How will we use your data?

StakeholderWatch B.V. collects your data so that we can:

  • Manage your account.
  • Provide our Dashboard users with analytics from our real-time market research.
  • Respond to your request for access.

How do we store your data?

StakeholderWatch B.V. securely stores your data in the Microsoft Azure: West Europe-Netherlands datacenters located at Evert van de Beekstraat 354, 1118 CZ Luchthaven Schiphol, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. We also use industry standard encryption that protects your data at rest and in transit.

Requests sent through the form on our website reach us by email, delivered by Scaleway SAS from data centres in France.

StakeholderWatch B.V. will keep your data for a maximum of 5 years, at the end of that term respondent survey data will be deleted, account data of users of the dashboard will be deleted unless they have renewed their consent within the past 5 years.

Marketing

StakeholderWatch B.V. might send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop StakeholderWatch B.V. from contacting you for marketing purposes.

StakeholderWatch would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
