Our approach

Dedicated research, never omnibus

Every StakeholderWatch study is designed for one client and fielded for that client alone. Respondents answer about one organisation per interview, the questionnaire carries that organisation's competitors, issues and channels, and the sample is recruited for that study. We do not run omnibus surveys and we do not share respondents between clients.

Why it matters for the numbers

A causal model needs clean variance. A respondent who has rated five firms in one sitting, with a shared and fatigued attention span, does not provide it: the ratings bleed into each other, the later firms in the rotation get less attention, and the sample was recruited for nobody in particular. A dedicated study gives one firm one respondent's full attention, every day of the year.

Why it matters for the client

Because the study is the client's own, so is everything in it. The questionnaire can be changed when the client's situation changes. The raw data belong to the client and can be downloaded at any time. And the peer brands measured alongside the client are measured on the client's own panel, so the comparison is like for like.
